We stand by the quality of our products and take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any physical damage or manufacturing defects to us immediately. Simply follow the instructions below, and contact us at info@safeguardapparel.com. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours.

Guidelines for Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please provide visual proof (in JPG or PNG format) for inspection. This helps us identify any production issues that may have occurred. After completing our inspection, we may ask that the original item be returned to our fulfillment center. Once received, we will send a replacement item to the original shipping address. Please allow a few business days for delivery.

Guidelines for Refunds

To request a refund, please provide visual proof (in JPG or PNG format) for inspection. After reviewing the provided materials - if the refund is approved, Safe Guard Apparel will initiate the refund process within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@safeguardapparel.com.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please submit your request before your package is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, refunds cannot be processed.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
